Returns & Exchanges

At MONTSAND, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your purchase isn't quite right, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original MONTSAND packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then attach it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand over your parcel at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
